Before George W. Bush invaded Iraq, the Iraqi people knew who to fear. They could point to their potential abusers -- Saddam and his henchmen.
Today, however, their fears encompass nameless and faceless suicide bombers who could appear anywhere at any time. Oh, and coalition forces.
To Bush, this is liberation.
