Unlike the members of the Bush administration, I will acknowledge when I am wrong. So this post is to say that I was wrong yesterday in my assumption that the mainstream press would not cover yesterday's protest by veterans and families near Bush's vacation spot in Crawford, TX.
MSNBC is running an Associated Press story about the event on its Web site here, and the same AP story appears in today's Washington Post (albeit way back on page A12). The Post gives much higher priority to a GOP barbecue fundraiser in Crawford, which made it onto page A04.
